An environmental monitoring system consists of front-end sensor probes, signal conversion circuits, a data processing main board, a wireless transmission unit and a back-end display terminal. Powered by active chips, it collects data on temperature, humidity, pressure, liquid level, voltage and air quality, and uploads it remotely over a radio communication link. It is widely used in cold storage warehousing, factory workshops, operation and maintenance of HVAC and heat pump units, and inspection of outdoor electromechanical equipment. The internal circuitry of the whole system is divided into three main parts: the analogue signal acquisition circuit, the digital processing circuit and the RF communication circuit. These circuits are isolated and shielded from one another so as to withstand the electromagnetic interference generated by variable-frequency motors on industrial sites, ensuring that monitoring data remains real-time, accurate and free of loss. The system supports threshold alarm settings: once warehouse temperature or equipment operating parameters exceed their limits, a warning signal is pushed automatically. Minyang Trading undertakes export business for customised multi-parameter monitoring systems and can adjust sensing accuracy, communication frequency bands and power supply modes to suit overseas cold-chain and factory production scenarios. We provide both hardware supply and technical guidance on circuit commissioning, helping overseas enterprises achieve intelligent control of their production and storage environments.
